Wellbeing
At Harry Gosling Primary School, the wellbeing of our children, families, and wider community is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and cared for, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone thrives—academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our school is a place where children feel safe, happy, and inspired to achieve their best. We understand that emotional wellbeing is just as important as academic success, and we actively nurture the whole child. Through a culture of kindness, respect, and understanding, we ensure that each pupil knows they are an important part of our community.
We extend our care and support beyond the classroom, recognizing the vital role families and the wider community play in our children's lives. By building strong relationships and working together, we create a network of support that enables children and families to flourish.
Our dedicated Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is visible, approachable, and always ready to listen. Whether you are a parent, child, or family member, you can speak to a member of the SLT about any concerns, ideas, or issues. We are committed to working together to find solutions, offer guidance, and ensure everyone feels heard and valued.
Our staff are always on hand to provide guidance and resources to ensure that everyone feels supported. Whether it’s through our inclusive curriculum, engaging activities, or the additional support we offer to families, our aim is to foster resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging for all.
At Harry Gosling, we are more than just a school; we are a community that cares deeply about the wellbeing of every individual. Together, we create a place where kindness and compassion help us grow and succeed.
